My name is Nila if you speak English, and Leon if you don’t. I just turned twenty-four and am in my second to last semester of university before I graduate. Yes, I’m slow. I’m majoring in Modern Japanese Language and Literature, and as such am spending a semester abroad in the Kansai region of Japan for the next four months aｔ KanGaku.
Watch (or read) my struggles adapting to life in Japan, attempting to balance my studies with distractions of both new friends and a strange, relatively unknown world. See as I attempt to salvage relationships with those I love back home, and laugh when I fail miserably at doing so.
